Most heat treatment processes require accurate control of the material temperature. With the initiation of fast acting combustion burners and burner control systems, it is easy to implement responsive control to the process.

 

Burners are designed to deliver the amount of heat required for the task being performed, commonly from 1 to 10 million BTUs. In addition to the commonly used burners, multiple safety interlocks and redundancies are integrated.
